I am a Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapist and a Psycho-Oncologist in private practice in the City of Edmonton, Province of Alberta, Canada.
I hold a M.A and a Ph.D in Transpersonal Psychology, and a Doctorate Degree in Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapy. I also attended the Mind-Body Medicine Program with Dr. Herbert Benson, at Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts.
I am presently a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Clinicians, Counsellors and Psychometrists (OACCPP) and CAPO (Canadian Association of Psychosocial Oncology). I am also a member of the Centre for Health and Culture, Department of Family Medicine, Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, University of Alberta.
My preferred areas of practice are Psycho-Oncology, providing therapy and education to Cancer patients/clients and their families in their quest for wellness. I also provide clinical support for Individual Empowerment and Peak-Performance.
I have provided clinical services, services in Conflict Resolution, Personal Growth seminar and Coaching to individuals and Canadian Corporations.
I have also worked overseas providing training and consultation services for local governments such as the City of Temuco, Chile, City of Lautaro, Chile, and to the academic staff at the Law School, Universidad Autonoma de Temuco, Chile.
I am a former tenured professor of the University of Chile, now Universidad de la Frontera (UFRO) and Universidad de Temuco, in Chile, South America.
